The 400tpd flour production line is currently the most commonly used flour production line, with a moderate output, which can be used in multiple lines and has a flexible layout.
The main process is a cleaning process using 3 steps screening, 2 steps scouring, 2 steps destoning 1 step dehulling and 1 step color sorting. the dampening process uses dynamic wheat dampening technology. the milling section uses 25 sets rollermill, 6 sets plansifter, 12 sets pruifier, the whole process is flexible, high level of automation. it is also suitable for steel structure workshops, which covers an area of about 1,800 square meters.
